Jeffrey S. Gershman, a St. Louis native, has a diverse practice representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters. He has practiced law in the St. Louis area since 1981, after first starting his legal career in Washington, D. C in 1975. A highly skilled business lawyer, Jeff represents commercial clients in real estate and financial transactions, acquisitions and sales of operating businesses and in regulatory matters. Jeff holds an LLM in taxation from NYU School of Law and defends clients in federal and state tax controversies and tax collection proceedings. Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors of Central Bank of St. Louis, Gershman Mortgage and Gershman Commercial Real Estate. He has served on the Board of Visitors of the University of Wisconsin Law School and currently is a member of the Board of Visitors of the University of Wisconsin Political Science Department.
