Steve has concentrated his practice in commercial real estate law and general business law for 30+ years. He has assisted a variety of clients, from large, publically held companies, to closely held companies, entrepreneurs and real estate developers. In the real estate area, Steve has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers in meeting their real estate needs. Steve has been involved in a number of large, complex real estate transactions in the St. Louis area and elsewhere.
